David Miller on his way to winning - pic by Fram Camera ClubAlthough the fields were smaller (though difficult to believe from this pic) than in recent years there were close(ish) finishes in both the 10k and Fun Run.  You can download both the 10 kilometre (David Miller won again) and Fun Run results but it won't be apparent that Fram Flyer Rob Mackenzie from Mount Pleasant won the Kings Cup for first local

runner and his son James came 4th in the Fun Run, and was 2nd under 15 boy.

More pics on the bulletin board - pic by MitH or Tony StockmanImpressive novelty this year were Elisa Garvie and Jenny Stockman (supported by young Alysha running in flip flops!) who ran the fun run threeleggedly to raise funds to buy the presently loaned kit for the Framlingham First Responders.

Fun runners arriving with seconds to spare

Seventy five entries on the line for the Fram Flyers' 22nd 10km run Sharon Chambers ... surprisingly unattached so a big old bunch nipping down New Road.  Three youngsters absolutely only just made it in time to the start of the fun run, the rigger at the top the scaffolding in Church Street was having a lovely time Come on 196, keep it up 106 ... and not just shouting at the pretty girls.  Winner David Millar (probably not this one) flashed round so fast he got to the finish before we did!  Download the result here and for the fun run here.

Feeling a bit rough at the finish
