Darren has been a regular trader on Framlingham Market since 1982 when he started selling fish on the Market with his Grandparents.
He stocks a wide range of fresh fish, smoked fish and shellfish and is happy to give advice on the selection and cooking of fish.
The selection of fish varies from day to day, and is locally and sustainably sourced where ever possible. Darren is also the Market Manager and maintains the Markets Facebook and Instagram pages along with Gosia.
