The Annual Remembrance Parade will be marching through the town starting From New Road at 10.40am with the Woodbridge Excelsior Band leading the way followed by Framlingham Town Councillors and other uniformed organisations via Bridge Street, Market Hill, Church Street, finally assembling around the war memorial in the churchyard. This year we commemorate the 100th anniversary of WW1 and to mark the occasion a new bench has been donated for placement in the churchyard, tea lights will be lit and placed at the alter for each WW1 serviceman name read out and all the handmade knitted poppies donated will be used to decorate the church.

There will be a 2 minute silence at 11am followed by a service in the church. The parade will then reassemble and march to the Market Hill for speeches of Thanks after which the parade will be dismissed.  All are invited to the Conservative Club for refreshments and a curry lunch (for a donation).
